My name is Melanie Van Seters, and entertaining has always been at the heart of who I am. There is something truly special about bringing people together through food, laughter, and moments that linger long after the last bite. I wanted to turn that passion into something meaningful by creating a service that transforms gatherings into lasting memories.
Graze & Sip is more than a mobile charcuterie and champagne cart. It is an experience. Each cart is carefully curated to serve as a statement piece, featuring artisanal cheeses, premium cured meats, fresh fruits, and gourmet accompaniments. Every detail is thoughtfully paired with perfectly chilled bubbles and styled with intention, allowing our carts to roll seamlessly into your celebration while adding both flavor and elegance.
What truly sets Graze & Sip apart is the personal care behind every detail. From custom-designed boards to sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients, each element is intentionally selected and tailored to your event. This experience is about more than serving food and drinks.
